Christy Torrence LMT, IAC, NCBTMB

In practice since 1997, Christy is a graduate of the (Edgar) Cayce/Reilly School of Massage in Virginia Beach. Trained in specific techniques unique to her school, Christy works with a heart-centered approach and employs a variety of bodywork modalities to customize each session to your specific needs. Her work is both subtle and detail oriented, employing less-aggressive firm-to-deep pressure techniques to achieve results while maintaining a state of relaxation. 

With 25 years of experience and broad training, she draws upon Edgar Cayce massage, Swedish, Trigger Point, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Pregnancy and PostPartum, Sports, Reflexology, hot stone therapy, as well as spa therapies. She also is a Master-instructor level practitioner of I.E.T. (Integrated Energy Therapy®). She continues to build upon her education with on-going continuing course work in Aromatherapy, Compassionate Touch, and other bodywork therapies.

Christy is a nationally certified and Virginia state licensed massage therapist and holds her aromatherapy certification from the Institute of Integrative Aromatherapy and Aromatherapy Teacher Training from the Aromatic Wisdom Institute.
Her goal is to create a haven from the stresses of the day and offer an environment where health and wellness can be facilitated, thereby enhancing the body's natural ability to heal.

Mandy Conaghy LMT

Mandy is a VA licensed massage therapist since graduating from Holistic Massage Training Institute of Baltimore MD. in 2019. In her years of massage therapy, Mandy has specialized in Reflexology, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy, Myofascial Release, Swedish, and Hot Stone massage with a special interest in Aromatherapy also.

Mandy’s style of bodywork is grounded and calm with a purposeful flow with a medium to deeper pressure depending on the initial plan and subsequent journey, Mandy ensures that clients are completely comfortable. Guided by both intuition and experience, she aims to have you feeling at your best with every session.

Motivated by the fact that every person is unique allows Mandy to use her training and forethought to help clients heal and improve their lives. Continual learning enables her to learn new modalities and use tools and techniques that benefit our clients in numerous ways as she continues the ancient practice of massage therapy.
