This is why we offer a different approach to bodywork with longer session times that not only get results, but also promotes relaxation and calming of the nervous system simultaneously. Whether you are seeking gentle, relaxing work, perhaps deep-tissue, targeted work on a problem area, pain reduction, or help moving through energetic blockages or trauma, our focus is helping you feel better on your wellness journey. All sessions are customized at the time of your visit; the list below offers some suggestions of our most popular treatments to help you get started.
Custom aromatherapy blending is included in all sessions, as well as options available such as cupping, spa services, CBD upgrade ($), and more. We are here to truly help you reach your wellness goals.

BYOB- Build Your Own Bodywork Session
A truly customized experience where we design the perfect session combining multiple elements and therapies. It can be therapeutic massage with deep tissue focus, relaxing massage, custom aromatherapy, cupping, craniosacral therapy, exfoliating back or foot salt scrub, or perhaps you want to combine energetic healing therapy as well. It's up to you.
You and your therapist will discuss at the beginning of your session. This makes a great gift for friends and loved ones.

Peaceful Pause
Designed to calm the nervous system and soothe a stressed out body and mind, this escape uses lighter to moderate pressure at a slower pace.
Start your session with a warm hot pack and breathing in a calming custom aromatherapy blend highlighted with chamomile, bergamot, and rhododendron oils. Slip deeper into a relaxed state with therapeutic massage combined with relaxing hand and foot reflexology to transport you to a peaceful state.

Energetic Escape
It's all about energy clearing and balancing in this session. Perfect for those feeling stuck in their lives, wishing to release past traumas, balance the energy centers, and move forward in certain areas of their life.
Master-Instructor Level Integrated Energy Therapy and/or Holy Fire III Reiki to balance and restore, your session concludes with a grounding foot massage and time to discuss your session if needed.

A two hour escape combining massage and energy work! Enjoy a balancing IET or Reiki session, customized aromatherapy massage, plus grounding foot reflexology during this extended escape. Body, mind, and spirit will feel renewed .

This shorter session offers focused, detail work on specific trouble spots such as the back, neck, and shoulders. custom aromatherapy or CBD can be blended to help enhance your results.

Prenatal Massage
Therapeutic massage designed especially for moms-to-be using The Body Cushion support system for all stages of pregnancy. Feel fully supported with our adjustable massage table and pillows for a relaxing and nurturing experience. Includes prenatal aromatherapy. 90-minutes
CranioSacral Therapy
CST is a gentle method of detection and correction that encourages your own natural healing and balance. It works with a very light touch on specific points of the craniosacral system from the cranium down to the sacrum to detect restrictions and imbalances and work to release them. It affects the entire nervous system and body. Perfect for migraines, muscular pain, traumatic injuries, PTSD, TMJ issues, stress, and so much more.

Castor Oil Pack w/Foot Reflexology Massage
Great for detoxification, injury, inflammation, improved lymphatic and circulatory movement. The “pack” is made from cotton/ flannel fabric soaked in castor oil and warmed with a heating pad and is typically placed over the liver area or area of injury. The pack is yours to keep for home use! Learn how to create your pack, experience the treatment, and enjoy soothing scalp, neck, shoulder, and feet massage during the pack treatment.

Reset & Restore
Enjoy a 90-minute escape beginning with an energy balancing Chakra Anointing with specially blended essential oils on each of the energy centers followed by a relaxing full-body massage to thoroughly balance and unwind. It's the perfect combination to recover from a stressful week.
Can be upgraded to 120 minute session.
